With the influx of customers needing business to business support we have found it prudent to dedicate some of our staff to provide more business facing service.
Over the years Precise PCs has mostly been retail and repair (“break-fix”) business, focusing on customer service and support. We have found that supporting both home and businesses has caused our queues to become a priority based system, which leaves customers who are not businesses waiting longer for service and businesses waiting in times of need.
Our solution is to split the business into two; Precise PCs will remain a retail/repair (“break-fix”) business servicing the general public, while Precise IT Services will become a business-facing call center providing remote support and monitoring.
Precise PCs will be selling Precise IT Services (Remote Management, Antivirus, Office365, Acronis Backup) and Precise IT Services will be employing Precise PCs for its On-Site and Repair(“Break-Fix”) Work.
As a result it will end up being a symbiotic relationship which will help both businesses grow and provide more efficient support for businesses and consumers alike.
